Terms: Pricing, shipping etc.
Pricing of my work is POR (Provided On Request) and based on
with respect to the type of material being engraved, the amount of coverage, gold inlays etc.
I am usually anywhere from several months to a year
behind. Completion times may vary
depending on time of year and work load. I will generally work in small jobs here and there.
I don't like to work on specific deadlines due to my constant backlog.
SUBMITTING YOUR INQUIRY:
I prefer to be contacted by email or telephone.
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Central time.
Feel free to include any pictures for reference in your email.
I am an FFL holder. A customer can ship firearms to me
directly through a common
carrier such as UPS or FedEX. Non-FFLs may NOT use the U.S. Mail for shipping handguns.
I will need to ship back to an FFL holder near the customer by U.S. Mail.
When shipping your valued item, please be certain to insure your package.
Clients are responsible for all insurance and shipping costs.
Call for any questions regarding shipping.
I get a 50% deposit (non-refundable) with the balance due upon completion.
This deposit will get you in line on my list.
I will not start any part of the design process without deposit first.
Typically I will do a sketch for approval before engraving begins.
When I'm finished I will email you a picture of the completed item before you send the final payment.
