Dearest Mother and Dad,
Hello and how are you today? I hope everything is still in good order.
Well, looks like we are on our way again. Yep, got a very neat jungle pack made on my parachute. You should see it! Boy, it would be swell to have it on a hunting trip back home. It has everything a person would need in the jungle in case one is forced down.
All our Equipment is in good shape and ready. Wish I could tell you more about our trip but I can’t. It should be similar to L.A.’s trip when he left the states but here we each do the flying. I have my wool clothes stored here and when I get leaves I can pick them up and wear them. I am getting along fine so please don’t worry about me. I’ll write tomorrow and then again just as soon as I get settled.
