 Dearest Mother and Dad,   (4 o’clock P.M.)

             From all accounts you haven’t been getting my mail very regular.  I don’t know why other than I wrote a few regular air mail letters.  Evidently they went by boat.  Let me know how the service is on them. I try to write once a day if possible.  Sometimes it isn’t.

             I am getting along fine.  I have today off and I helped on the Officers’ Club we are building.  Should be nice if we ever get it finished.  I haven’t started getting the papers yet, but will probably get a sack full when I do.  Be sure they send it to 929.  Not much news today.  Will write again tomorrow.  Mail usually gets here about supper time.  Hope I get some.
